TrustBase is an infrastructure project in the Polkadot ecosystem. Since the start of the project, it has attracted much attention. In order to let global followers keep abreast of the progress and latest developments of the TrustBase project, we will release the weekly project report in time.
1.TrustBase Project Progress
1)The TrustBase CC2 testnet has added and adjusted the block final confirmation function;
2)The TrustBase CC2 testnet has adjusted Fee settings.
2.Subscript Contract Language Update
1)The core library added the function of encoding the basic type ABI, and automatically parses the function parameters according to the function signature;
2)Added an independent compiler command program and the option of contract compilation;
3)Subscript realizes the prototype verification code for generating metadata, and automatically generates the ABI file of the function.

3.Community Building
1) Newly added communities in Arabia and Persia, totaling more than 6,500 members;
2)The Chinese community members added more than 1,200.
As of January 31, TrustBase has communities in nine countries and regions in Germany, China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Arabia, Persia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The community members has more than 40,000, an increase of 215% compared to December 2020 .
4.Activities
1)On January 22, the online conference of [Polkadot Developer Community Training Camp] co-sponsored by Jinse Finance and Subscript Developer Community was successfully held.
2)On January 25, the TrustBase Indonesian community and the A&Q community held the first AMA. Jackson, the head of TrustBase Foundation operations, shared the future development plan of TrustBase and in-depth analysis of TrustBase’s development vision in the Polkadot ecology to blockchain enthusiasts in Indonesia.
3)On January 26, the [Polkadot Developer Community Training Camp] jointly initiated by Jinse Finance, Subscript Developer Community, JINSE Hackthon, and Huobi Global has officially opened. More than 100 people participated in the first course, and the number reached Polkadot 30% of monthly active developers.
4)On January 30, the “Tinder Project” initiated by the TrustBase Foundation successfully held the first AMA in the Asia-Pacific region. Jackson, the head of TrustBase Foundation operations, and Ankie the head of TrustBase China, shared and analyzed the development of TrustBase in the Polkadot ecosystem.
5.What is TrustBase
TrustBase is based on the Substrate framework and independently develops the Subscript smart contract language. Polkadot Parachain supporting multiple tool plug-ins and smart contract applications. As an infrastructure project in the Polkadot ecosystem, TrustBase has received certification support from the Web3 Foundation Grant.
