According to official information from TrustBase, Gate Labs invested $2000,000 in TrustBase. TrustBase is a smart contract parachain based on independent developing language Subscript. With the infinite prospects of the underlying language of TrustBase itself, it is committed to jointly contributing to the Polkadot ecosystem.
TrustBase is based on the Substrate framework, which independently develops the Subscript smart contract language, supports a variety of tool plug-ins and the Polkadot parachain for smart contract applications. It is committed to providing traditional developers with a lighter-weight language that can easily deploy Polkadot native smart contracts， and assist developers to participate in the construction of the Polkadot ecosystem without barriers.
Gate Labs will provide seed funding in the early stage to fully support the start-up team to focus on the project itself, including project implementation, product development, and service upgrades.
